This is the first time initialization. You don’t have to select the dropbox folder or enter your ID every time.

I allow DropBox to connect with the internet when I need to transfer files. It does not run at startup.

Right clicking on a file, clicking on ‘Copy to Public Folder,’ brings up the Explorer file tree. I must navigate to My Drop Box and click on the Public Folder. After clicking on ‘Public Folder,’ a message box pops up asking for my DropBox ID.

For me, it’s just a whole lot easier to copy \ paste a file manually.

What are the differences between this and using the Dropbox utility? Not that I think it’s a case of one or the other. Looks like both would be useful. Just interested in how they differ.
